Our process, from first enquiry to aftercare

A clear sequence, so you always know where you are and what happens next. You decide at each stage whether to continue.

Seven stages

Not every project needs every stage. A consultation-only enquiry, for example, may end with a recommendation.

  1. Initial enquiry

You tell us about your property and what you would like to achieve using the enquiry form or by phone. An enquiry is a request for a conversation, not a contract.

  2. Free consultation

We review your enquiry and get in touch to discuss your electricity use, your goals and any questions. There is no charge and no obligation.

  3. Property or site assessment

Where it is needed, we assess the roof, structure, shading and electrical supply. We use photographs and remote tools first, and visit when a decision needs it.

  4. Tailored recommendation

You receive a clear, written recommendation explaining what we propose and why, with estimated generation and the assumptions used.

  5. Quotation and planning

If you would like to proceed, we provide a quotation and agree the programme, including scaffolding, grid notification and any consents.

  6. Installation or service delivery

The agreed work is carried out safely and tested. We keep you informed about timing, access and anything that changes.

  7. Handover and aftercare

We explain your system and monitoring, provide documentation and set out who to contact for support and maintenance.

What an enquiry does and does not mean

Submitting an enquiry is a request for a conversation. It is not a contract, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. Equally, it does not guarantee that we can provide a particular service for your property. Some roofs, supplies or sites will not be suitable, and we will say so.

Any installation or service is agreed separately, in writing, through a quotation and contract. These website terms cover use of this website only.

Ways to prepare

  • Have a recent electricity bill or your annual usage in kWh.
  • Take photographs of each roof slope, your consumer unit and your meter.
  • Note anything planned that could change your usage, such as an electric vehicle, an extension or a heat pump.
  • If you do not own the property, check whether a landlord, freeholder or lender needs to consent.
